Imaginary Colours' Guarantee
As a general rule, electrical items sold under the Imaginary Colours name are warranted against defects for 90 days. Any exceptions will be noted on the product listing.

Returns should be handled through your retailer. Sales receipt required. Replacement of product only. Neither we, nor your retailer, are responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
 

 

Guarantee Information for Forever Bright(tm) LED Holiday Lights

Inside each package of lifetime guaranteed Forever Bright(tm) LED lights is a statement of guarantee. It is copied verbatim below: This is the manufacturer's guarantee, not Inirgee.com's guarantee.

Additionally, be aware that Holiday Creations, Inc. has changed their guarantee for their Forever Bright branded product produced in 2007. We have copied their new guarantee below. Make sure you save your receipt in case there's a problem.

Holiday Creations, Inc. has proven to be difficult to work with, and getting warranty satisfaction through Holiday Creations is often frustrating. Keep your paperwork. As with all purchases, please read and understand all warranty and guarantee specifications and stipulations.

In spite of the frustrations, Holiday Creations still has one of the strongest guarantees. Most LED light strings come with 30, 60, 90 days, or no guarantee from the manufacturer at all.

We at Inirgee warrant everything (except as disclaimed) against defects for 90 days. We do not accept suspicious returns (e.g. if someone "borrows" our light strings for the season). We also have a 10-day return/exchange/refund policy. We want you to be satisfied. Read our own guarantee info elsewhere on this site (see links above).

 
Forever Bright's Lifetime Guarantee (copied verbatim below)

 

Limited Lifetime Guarantee:
for United States and Canada customer only

If the L.E.D.(s) in this set fail within one year from the date of purchase, exchange it where purchased following their return policy. If the L.E.D.(s) in this set fail after the first year from the date of purchase, ship it prepaid with proof of purchase to the address below. We will replace the set with a comparable set, or refund the purchase. This guarantee excludes damage resulting from accident, alteration, or misuse of the product. The guarantee specifically excludes electrical wiring.

Forever Bright's New Guarantee for 2007 (copied verbatim below)

 

Three Year Guarantee:
United States and Canada Customers only
If this light string fails within one year from the date of purchase, exchange it where purchased following their return policy. If this light string fails after the first year from the date of purchase but prior to the end of three years from the date of purchase, ship it prepaid  with proof of purchase to the address below. We will replace the set with a comparable set, or refund the purchase. This guarantee excludes damage resulting from accident, alteration, or misuse of the product. This is a seasonal product and not for year round everyday use, which will void this guarantee.

Inirgee's Return Policy
 
  1. You must have your sales receipt.
  2. An RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number must accompany the returned product. This number is required to assure that your returned product doesn't get lost in the office and warehouse shuffle.
  3. If you have a Forever Bright(tm) LED lights product you wish to return, read and follow the instructions included with your Forever Bright(tm) product (a copy of their Guarantee is above).
  4. E-mail info@inirgee.com for an RMA. You may also call us, though email is much preferred. If you call, please leave a detailed message. We do not keep regular office hours. 615-826-7324.
  5. For your own peace of mind, you may wish to ship using a tracking number of some sort. UPS, FedEx, routinely use tracking numbers. The US Postal Service has a Confirmation number which you can purchase. If you buy Priority Mail postage online, the Confirmation number is free. Return postage and insurance is your responsibility. Note that the USPS is much less reliable and their Confirmation numbers are not guarantees (and definitely not always accurate). We know these things by experience.
